In my career I have been asked to write many references for other professionals in the field of behavioral health and the truth is I usually decline or do it cautiously. I can assure the reader however, I had no hesitation in writing this acknowledgement nor I have I ever had an easier testimonial to pen.

Arch Wright is a skilled professional. He is bright, educated, and astute. He seems to have a keen insight into people’s issues and more importantly how to help them navigate those issues. Probably most importantly Arch has significant life experience himself. As the saying goes, “you can’t give what you don’t have”. I would highly recommend Arch and his colleagues to any individual or family, in the area of trauma resolution or substance use disorders.

It has been said in the world of psychology that there are therapists and there are healers, Arch Wright is both, a practitioner combining the true heart of a healer with that of a keen, penetrating and analytical mind- I enthusiastically, and without reservation, recommend Arch and the One Elm at Horton Bay program to anyone seeking greater peace, understanding and serenity in their lives.

I have been working in the treatment field for many years…In my eyes, a hero is not so much about the individual’s knowledge base or skillset but rather about who they are as a person. Such traits include being gentle, caring, nonjudgmental, and full of passion for helping others. The trait that is most attractive to me is their capacity to unconditionally love others. Arch Wright is absolutely my Hero. Thank you for being such a wonderful example of how to help change people’s lives!

I am a licensed clinical mental health professional, and I have had the opportunity to work with Arch Wright in different capacities. My experience with Arch is as a well-rounded highly educated Mental Health Professional, he is also a student of life, of higher consciousness, and healing. There is an idea in the mental health therapeutic environment that one can only take one’s client as far as the personal work done on the self. My experience with Arch although he is highly educated, professional, he also has done the work. He has spent years doing his own introspection, inner work, exploring his own family of origin, codependency, and addiction. With this said, coupling his own inner work with his degree and education, he is profoundly qualified to work with those suffering.

Arch as a therapist, holds space for healing, he honors the client’s agency, and moves through the session with a deep sense of awe, wonderment, presence and love. This therapeutic presence invokes trust, disarms defense mechanisms, and leaves space for deep introspective healing.

I would endorse Arch for any capacity in the healing profession.
